One of the added bonuses of living in the Chilterns is that the towns and villages of the Thames Valley are a short drive away, offering a wide selection of restaurants and riverside pubs. I always enjoy discovering a new restaurant and was pleased to be invited to sample the newly launched menu at the Brasserie and Bar at the Manor Hotel in Datchet, near Windsor.
